HunBox sells Hungarian food products, books and specialty items through an online webshop in the Netherlands.
By placing an order the customer enters into a distance sales contract with the seller.
The contract is concluded when the order confirmation email is sent.
The customer selects products and adds them to the cart.
Submitting an order creates a payment obligation.
The seller reserves the right to cancel orders in case of obvious pricing errors.
All prices are in euros.
Prices include Dutch VAT:
food products: 9%
other goods: 21%
Shipping costs are displayed separately.

iDEAL
Credit card
PayPal
Google Pay
Apple Pay
Orders are processed after payment has been received.
Orders placed before 14:00 may be delivered the same day within a 20 km radius of Purmerend on selected days.
Other orders are shipped via a courier service such as PostNL.
Delivery times are indicative.
Risk transfers to the customer upon receipt of the package.
Customers may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the product without giving any reason.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
perishable food products
opened hygiene products
opened audio or video recordings
custom packaged products
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Refunds are processed within 14 days.

The seller is not liable for:
damage caused by improper use
delays caused by the shipping carrier
allergic reactions if ingredients are properly listed
