The Garden of the Gods (Hungarian edition)

The final volume of the Corfu Trilogy continues the funny and often chaotic adventures of the Durrell family on the beautiful island of Corfu.

Each member of the family contributes to the mayhem in their own way: Margo struggles with the challenges of adolescence, Leslie is obsessed with guns, Lawrence pursues his ambitions as a writer, while Gerry remains fascinated by animals. Their long-suffering mother Louisa tries to keep the family together as their home becomes crowded with all kinds of birds, snakes, frogs and small fish.

The Garden of the Gods brings the spectacular landscapes of Corfu and its extraordinary animal life to life in Gerald Durrell's characteristic humorous style.
