Berlin, 1958. Since childhood, Flori has been interested in only one thing: drawing. The youngest daughter of the Thalheim family has always been a rebellious spirit. When she picks up a pencil, colours come alive in her soul and suddenly everything feels simple, as if she has finally found her place in life.
Defying her father’s plans, she chooses the Berlin Academy of Arts instead of working in the family fashion store. However, this decision does not bring her the happiness she longed for. Her first great love also becomes her first great disappointment, and painting proves to be far more difficult than she once imagined. Perhaps her art must grow from her own struggles.
Meanwhile, the political tensions between East and West divide not only Germany but also Flori’s family. Is there still hope for Berlin? And can a wild spirit find her true calling and true love?
